Nensi Dojaka has won plaudits for her conceal-and-reveal minidresses and bodysuits. Last year, the fashion search engine Lyst revealed her sexy LBDs were among the hottest products online, and she went on to be awarded the prestigious LVMH Prize in the fall. Countless celebrities have fallen for the designer’s sultry looks—her stylish gen-Z fans include Dua Lipa, Emma Corrin and Zendaya—the most recent convert being Olivia Rodrigo.

It was only a matter of time until the singer, actor and goth-girl style influencer sampled Nensi’s designs. To attend the LA premiere of High School Musical: The Series season three, she wore a black bodysuit with a single skinny spaghetti strap, cut-out midriff and mesh overlay on the torso—from Nensi’s spring 2022 collection—and a tailored miniskirt. Rodrigo added youthful edge to the look with patent platforms, tights and punky jewelry from Dior, including “Dior For Peace” earrings.

During her set, the 19-year-old took a moment to give a powerful speech about the terrifying implications of the US Supreme Court’s decision to overturn of Roe v. Wade. “I’m devastated and terrified that so many women and so many girls are going to die because of this,” she said, before inviting Lily Allen onto the stage so they could duet on a version of Allen’s track, “F*ck You”. The pair dedicated the moment to the five members of the Supreme Court that initiated the reversal.
